Hi this is Sam so i went snowboarding yesterday and then i didn’t get to go to the lift so it was fun but then my awesome brother Jacob got to go on the lift and he hurt his arm. so i got to go byes.

Well, If anyone is out there reading this… please be in prayer for us. I talked with the oncologist that has been following my recovery from the tumors in my leg… I have been anemic this last year as well… so I have being followed up with a hematologist here in Redding. I sent her (oncologist at Stanford) the results from the bloodwork that the hematologist took. They showed proteins in my blood, which isn’t something you want. She asked me to call her today on her cell phone. She told me that she wanted me to make sure I went to the hematologist and get a bone marrow biopsy. She said that we needed to rule out that it isn’t a blood disease… cancer… and because of the recurring tumor having some suspicion that it could actually be sarcoma (cancer); then she wants to rule out multiple myeloma. Not a fun prospect. Actually quite scary. Please be in prayer that they don’t find anything abnormal…

Samuel is not your ruler and I am not his servant. Sam is a fascist. When I asked, He told me that the reason that people would bow to him and not follow me was because if they didn’t he would kill them. This is your warning – Do NOT give Sam any power or he will use it to end you… I probably crossed a line I shouldn’t have by giving him a capitol letter… lot of good hindsight does me… At least Jacob is grateful for the capitol letter I gave him…

Hey all out there in cyberworld,
I always feel really weird posting a blog, cause I am just not sure if anyone reads it or not… or if I am just talking to myself…
I went to Stanford to get another MRI on my lower left leg where the desmoid tumor was removed 3 times last year. I am THRILLED to say that there has been no new growth! This is quite exciting, because they had said that if it had grown back they may be able to do one more surgery (depending on where and how much it had grown) before having to amputate my lower leg! NOT an exciting prospect to say the least.
So I will go back down on July 13th to have another MRI and also a CT and X-Ray on my chest to make sure that there wasn’t some mistake in their diagnosis, and somehow miss it if it was actually a malignant growth instead of just a benign one. I hope I’m making sense, cause I feel like I’m not… anyhow… to fill you in… last March UC Davis had said that they thought the tumor that was removed during the second surgery was actually a malignant fibrosarcoma… so that is why I got another opinion from Dr. Mohler at Stanford. He said that they believe it to be only a desmoid, but with a slim chance that it could be malignant no one wants to just assume… which I am very thankful for…
So… the oncologist Dr. Ganjoo who is now following my care, wants to check my lungs as well, because if it had been a malignant tumor, and had traveled… it would go to the lungs.
I also had to have a colonoscopy… Yuck, I know… not fun. But there was also some syndrome called Gardner’s Syndrome that links desmoid tumors to polyps in the colon… they wanted to rule that out! I am so happy to say that I DO NOT have polyps…
I am so sick of being poked and prodded. On top of the leg thing, I’ve been anemic over the last year + and they haven’t been able to determine exactly why. It is classic iron deficiency anemia (believe me there are far more types and reasons a person can be anemic than just not enough iron… as I have found out studying as a PA).
So I’ve been seeing a Hemetologist to check out why I would be losing blood somewhere or not absorbing it or something… we’re still on the hunt for that… as any of you who have had to under go any kind of long term illness… the hunting for the REAL reason for a problem or diagnosis is often a grueling, difficult process… So I’ve had more blood drawn than I’d like to say.
As for school! I’m still plugging along. I study with Chantele, my awesome friend and sister in the Lord. It not only helps me to continue studying while I wait for my turn to begin in the PA Program once again in June… and it helps her to stay focused also… When we aren’t chatting instead of studying…

‘Ello jello well any ways our stupid Wii isn’t working and it doesn’t spin the disk unless you take the disk out and put it back in until it starts spinning so it is really a pain in the butt. Ya and when it does work my sister or two brothers are using it. But last night i got to do yoga on the wii fit thingy. It was surprisingly fun.

Hello and welcome to my dads website my name is Jacob and well i dont know anything about computers unlike my dad or my brother Jimmy. Well anyways im not like my to brothers “Jimmy and Sam” that say they’re the rulers so bow down to me. I like to keep it simple so im just like you guys im a normal person but not in a normal family. Let me tell you guys about my dad. My dad created a website like a few years ago and then it like crashed or something like that so he created this website enabling us to post stuff and have our own accounts.
